I witnessed this individuals drunken actions of assaulting a veterinary student in a stillwater bar on Oct. 30 2009. The student was sucker punched by Dr. Duffy who then quickly fled the scene. The actions were completely unwarranted and in my opinion criminal action should be taken against such behavior. This individual is a poor reflection on the Veterinary community and I would suggest you find a stronger moral character to care for your animals.
